পরিশোধের শর্তাবলীঃ

কোনও নির্দিষ্ট সেবার জন্য ফি প্রকল্পের প্রস্তাবনা অথবা চুক্তিপত্রে স্পষ্টভাবে উল্লেখ করা হবে।
প্রকল্প সমাপ্তির পর অথবা নির্ধারিত সময় অনুযায়ী ইনভয়েস প্রদান করা হবে।
চুক্তিগুলিতে উল্লেখিত মূল্য-পরিশোধ পদ্ধতি অনুসারে আমরা বিভিন্ন মূল্য পরিশোধ পদ্ধতিতে গ্রহণ করি।
আমাদের পরিশোধ শর্ত হলো চুক্তির তারিখ হতে 30 দিন পর্যন্ত ।
চুক্তির শর্ত অনুযায়ী দেরি হলে দেরি ফি প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।
নির্দিষ্ট প্রকল্প চুক্তিগুলিতে একটি ফেরত নীতি উল্লেখ করা হতে পারে।

ইন্টিলেকচুয়াল প্রপার্টি নীতিমালাঃ

মাইন্ড অরবিটাল ওয়েবসাইট এবং সেবা অন্তর্ভুক্ত সমস্ত কন্টেন্ট এবং উপাদানগুলি কপিরাইট, ট্রেডমার্ক এবং অন্যান্য ইন্টিলেকচুয়াল প্রপার্টি আইনের অধীনে সুরক্ষিত রয়েছে।

বাংলাদেশের আইন এই শর্তাবলী এবং তাদের ব্যাখ্যা করার জন্য প্রযোজ্য হবে এবং তাদের থেকে উত্থিত যেকোনও বিতর্কের ক্ষেত্রে।

শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তনঃ

আমরা এই শর্তাবলীগুলি যে কোন সময়ে পূর্ববর্তী কোন নোটিশ ছাড়া আপডেট বা পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করি। কোনও পরিবর্তনের পর সেবা ব্যবহারের চালিত থাকা হোক বা না হোক, পরিবর্তিত শর্তাবলীগুলি প্রযোজ্য হবে।
